How to Order ?
1. Visit Our Website or App:
Shop on the DeoDap website or download the Deodap Shopping App for Android or iPhone.
2. Select Items:
Select and add products to your shopping cart.
3. Proceed to Checkout:
Review your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout”.
4. Sign In or Create Account (Optional):
Log in or sign up with your contact number.
5. Enter Address & Payment:
Enter your Address and Select Payment Details.
6. Place Your Order:
Review and click “Place Your Order” to complete the payment.

How to change the quantity of orders in the cart?
To Change The Quantity of Items Before Adding Them to the Cart:
Once you click on the "Add to Cart" button, the item will be added to your shopping cart. You can then adjust the quantity by using the "+" or "-" buttons next to each item, or by entering your preferred quantity below the item title.
To change the quantity for items already in the cart:
The quantity and order amount will automatically update. If the entered quantity is unavailable, you will see an error message. You can then proceed to checkout or continue shopping as needed.

Why am I unable to place an order?
There could be several reasons why you're unable to place an order:

- Out of Stock: The item you selected may be out of stock.
- Technical or Internet Issues: There might be a connectivity issue or a problem with the website.
- Undeliverable Location: The selected location or pincode may not be serviceable.
- Quantity Limit: Ensure you haven't exceeded the item quantity limit.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website via email. Additionally, you can easily track your order by visiting your account, going to the “Track My Order” tab, and clicking on the "Click Here" link. If you do not receive the tracking email, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Do I need to create an account to shop on your website?
No, you don’t need to open an account to place an order on our website. You can simply check out as a guest and provide the necessary details for us to process and deliver your order.

Returns
Can I exchange or return an item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns once an order has been placed, as all sales are final. Please ensure you review your order carefully before placing it to avoid any mistakes.
I ordered the wrong item. How can I stop the order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as we process orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery. If the order is already shipped and out for delivery, unfortunately, we do not offer a return or cancellation option. Please ensure all order details are accurate before placing the order to avoid any issues.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected products. However, please note:
- COD is available only on specific products.
- You cannot combine Non-COD products with COD products in a single order.
- Please make sure to check the availability of the COD option while placing your order.
