What does "No MOQ at wholesale price" actually mean?
It means you pay the same rate whether you buy a single item or a thousand. Most wholesalers require you to order in cartons (24, 50, 100 pcs). We don’t. Pick one piece of any SKU, pay our wholesale rate, and we’ll ship it. Resellers, retailers and individual shoppers all see the same price.
How long does delivery take across India?
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, Gujarat usually receives orders in 3–4 business days and the rest of India in 4–8 business days, depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by SMS and email the moment your order ships, and delivery is free on orders above ₹599.
How can I pay? Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
DeoDap is a 100% prepaid store, so we don't offer Cash on Delivery. You can pay securely at checkout with UPI, debit & credit cards, net banking or wallets. Staying fully prepaid is part of what keeps our prices at true wholesale rates.
Can I cancel, change or return an order?
Orders move to dispatch immediately, so once placed they can't be cancelled, modified or returned for a change of mind — please double-check your items and address before checkout. If something arrives wrong, damaged, defective or missing, report it within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer GST invoices for bulk buyers?
Yes. Add your GSTIN to your account and every order comes with a proper GST invoice, so you can claim input credit on your wholesale purchases.
Why are your prices so much lower than other stores?
We work directly with manufacturing partners across Gujarat and Mumbai and skip the layers of middlemen. That factory-direct sourcing is what lets us offer wholesale rates with no minimum order.
