Beware of Fake Calls – Official DeoDap Customer Alert

What Is Happening

This is an important message from DeoDap for all our valued customers.

Recently, we have identified several cases where fraudsters are targeting customers by making fake calls and pretending to be courier partners, delivery agents, or customer support representatives. These scammers are trying to mislead customers by creating urgency and confusion related to their orders.

In many cases, these fraudsters contact customers after they have successfully placed an order on the official DeoDap website. They may claim that there is an issue with your order, such as payment failure, shipment delay, refund processing, or delivery problems. Their main goal is to convince you to make an additional payment.

Some common tactics used by these fraudsters include:

Claiming your payment has failed and asking you to pay again
Saying your parcel is on hold and requires a fee to be released
Informing you that your order will be cancelled unless you make a payment
Offering fake refunds or credits and asking for your bank or UPI details
Asking you to “verify” your order by sending money

We want to clearly inform all customers:
These calls are completely fraudulent and are not associated with DeoDap in any way.

Once you have completed your payment on the DeoDap website, there is no need to make any additional payment under any circumstances.

2. Stay Aware & Protect Yourself

Your safety is our top priority. Please follow these important guidelines to protect yourself from fraud:

No Extra Payments After Order: Once your payment is completed on the DeoDap website, no further payment is required.
No Payment Requests via Calls: DeoDap never asks for money through phone calls, UPI, QR codes, or bank transfers.
Use Official Website Only: Always make payments through the official DeoDap website.
Do Not Share Personal Details: Never share OTP, bank details, card information, or UPI PIN with anyone.
Avoid Suspicious Links: Do not click on unknown links received via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
Verify Through Official Support: Always confirm any issue through DeoDap’s official support team.

If anyone calls you claiming your payment has failed and asks you to pay again -
👉 Do not pay. It is a fraud call.

If you receive such calls:

Do not engage
Do not make payment
Block the number immediately
