At DeoDap, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right. This policy applies to orders shipped within India only and explains your rights and the simple steps to initiate a return or refund.
✅ Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

| Packaging & Accessories | All tags, labels, accessories, and invoices must be included |
| Proof of Issue | Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, defective, or missing item claims |
| No Tampering | Product must not be altered or different from what was shipped |
❌ What We Do Not Cover

| Change of Mind | Returns for personal preference (color, size, style) are not accepted unless the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping charges apply and are borne by the customer. | Partial |
| Custom/Printed Products | Once an order for a custom-printed product is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned. These items are produced to order, carry a non-recoverable production cost, and cannot be resold, due to their personalized nature. | Not Covered |
| Unreported Damages | Claims for damage or missing items reported after the 48-hour window cannot be processed. | Not Covered |
| Used or Altered Products | Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are ineligible for return. | Not Covered |
| Design-Related Issues | We do not assist with design-related issues (such as personal dissatisfaction with the design, layout, colors, or aesthetic of a product). | Not Covered |
📦 Rejection / Denial of Parcel
If you refuse to accept a parcel after it has been dispatched (without a valid reason such as visible damage at the time of delivery), the following deductions apply from your refund:

| Shipping Charge | 2x the original shipping fee (covers forward + reverse logistics) |
| Packing & Handling Fee | 10% of the product value |
These deductions are necessary to recover logistics and packaging costs already incurred.
💰 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:
- Inspection: We verify the product condition and packaging.
- Approval: We notify you via email/SMS of approval or rejection within 2 business days of receipt.
- Refund Issued: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
🚚 Courier Delays
If your delivery is delayed beyond the standard timeframe due to courier issues:
- Track your order regularly. If there are no updates for 15 days after dispatch, contact us immediately.
- We will escalate with the courier partner and resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
- If a shipment is undeliverable by the original courier, we will reroute it via an alternative courier. Custom-printed products will not be taken back under any circumstances.
