Wooden Picture Stand, Photo Frame Stand (1 Pc)

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order #U2425-08-340874, specifically regarding the photo frame. Unfortunately, I have realised this bit late that I received only one plastic sheet with the frame. As I understand it, there should be two plastic sheets to properly place the photograph between them before setting it on the wooden stand.

Could you please assist in resolving this matter? I would appreciate it if you could send the missing plastic sheet at your earliest convenience.
